I. Programme Overview

The partner programme permits approved participants ("Partners") to refer customers to The Yacht Charter in exchange for a commission calculated as a percentage of our platform fee on successful bookings.

II. Eligibility

• You must have a valid Stripe payout account connected to participate.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and marketing regulations in the regions where you operate.
• You must be 18 years or older to participate in the partner program.
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration.

III. Prohibited Self-Referral

Partners may not directly or indirectly refer their own yachts or any yachts they own, control, or have a financial interest in. This includes referrals via intermediaries or related parties for the purpose of generating commissions.

Note: You can be both a seller (listing your own yachts) and an partner (referring other customers to the platform), but you cannot refer your own yachts for commission purposes.

IV. Commission and Payouts

• Commission fee is stipulated by the platform and subject to change. For the most up-to-date information, please consult your partner dashboard.
• Commissions are credited only for completed charters and are voided on cancellations or refunds.
• Payouts occur through Stripe subject to applicable minimums, timing, and compliance checks.
• Commissions are paid out during our payout schedule as outlined in your partner dashboard.
• Your earnings depend on the bookings you generate. With our competitive commission structure, top partners earn thousands per month.

V. Marketing Guidelines

• No misleading, deceptive, or unlawful advertising.
• No bidding on our branded terms or impersonating The Yacht Charter.
• No unsolicited spam or messages in violation of anti-spam laws.
• All marketing materials must comply with applicable advertising standards and regulations.
• You may share your referral links through your website, social media, or personal network.

VI. Tracking and Attribution

• Referrals are tracked through unique referral links provided to each partner.
• Your referrals stay linked to you forever once properly attributed.
• You can monitor your referral performance through your comprehensive partner dashboard.
• Commission attribution follows our established tracking methodology.

VII. Termination

We may suspend or terminate programme participation for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at our sole discretion. Commissions associated with prohibited activity will be forfeited.

You may terminate your participation in the partner program at any time by contacting us or through your partner dashboard.

VIII. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes. We will notify you of material changes to the program terms.
